WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS NEEDED FOR CLEARANCE?
Below are the documents needed for the University of Nigeria, Nsukka Clearance
ADMISSION SLIP: This is a letter gotten from the UNN portal which bears your full names, the department you have been admitted to and duration. This can only be accessed via the University of Nigeria’s Portal, where you will be required to download or possibly print.
PROFILE UPDATE: This is a copy of your profile update you will print out after filling them online
UNN SCREENING RESULT: This is the document that bears the subjects you think in the University of Nigeria, Nsukkas’ Post-UTME exam. You would need to get a scratch card to access this.
ORIGINAL JAMB SLIP: This contains the subject and respective scores in JAMB. This would be needed while going for the Clearance and can be accessed from JAMB Website by purchasing an E-facility card. You can get this from us by CALLING 08168152951
O’ LEVELS (Online PrintOut): This can either be your WAEC or NECO Result. University of Nigeria, Nsukka collects 2 sittings excluding Medical Science.You can only combine either WAEC/NECO,WAEC/GCE or NECO/GCE.
BIRTH CERTIFICATE: This is a copy of your baptismal certificate or the a statement from your birth hospital
A PRINTED PAGE OF WHERE YOUR NAME APPEARED: You can actually make use of the one from either the SUN Newspaper or the School Official List of Admitted Students. You will need to print the part where your name appeared as this would be needed by the Admission officers.
L.G.A IDENTIFICATION: This can be gotten from your local government. This is to prove that you are actually a resident of the local government to claim to be from.
LETTER OF ATTESTATION: This letter can either be written by your mother, Father, Lawyer, Pastor etc. This is to address the fact that you can be accounted for and hence giving the school administration that they have got your covered as regards your stay in the institution.
ACCEPTANCE FEE Print Out: This is a copy of the print put of your acceptance fee. This can be only be accessed after you must have paid the acceptance fee which is N25,000
